Star-Tech has its own IP engineers in-house, who have built a formidable network supported by our own back end, hosted in a AAA rated level 1 telco facility.  Star-Tech’s network is monitored 24x7 and our dual Radius systems are mirrored and backed up in real time.  We have our own flexible billing system, billing gateways, ticketing system and access gateways, assembled from scratch to suit our specific and demanding standards.  In the field, we have our own RF and cable engineers to ensure that nothing is left to chance.

Our engineers are able to utilize whatever cable infrastructure is available on site (so long as it is of an acceptable standard), as part of a solution engineered for your site.  If no acceptable cabling is available, we are able to deliver using native wireless mesh solutions.

Star-Tech is able to deliver I.P. (internet protocol) solutions using VDSL (using phone cables), Ethernet (structured data cables), wireless (WiFi mesh and hot-spots), and combinations of these technologies.
